On June 22 thirteen years ago I watched a movie with Zach and he told me on the street outside of his apartment that he liked me. We decided to date because we’re great at decisions. He’s the sweetest/sincerest person I know and every moment of the last thirteen yrs is better because I get to share it with him.
I haven’t been feeling well this week but we couldn’t let this moment go uncelebrated. We grabbed a hot ‘n ready pizza from Little Caesars, sodas from McDonald’s, and cruised along the Pacific and into the Redwoods. I’m really appreciating that every evening can feel like a getaway, especially on days like today. What a magnificent date night given our casual approach. ūüĆ≤ (And thank you Zach, for choosing to adventure with me all of these years.) #digitalnomad

ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! Zach and I have officially been full-time RVers for one entire year. So hard to believe. When we first talked about hitting the road our goal was one year to make it worthwhile; now that we've made it to one year we have zero plans to stop. I couldn't pick one city to call home right now anyway (and luckily I don't have to). So what has the last year looked like? We traveled as far east as Maine and as far west as Washington. We put 23,481 miles on the truck. Gas was as expensive as $3.29 a gallon and as low as $1.99. We had months with parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins that we otherwise wouldn't have had + visited old friends and made some new. We slept in 22 states but have driven through many more. And we've visited breakfast joints and sandwich shops all along our route, my favorite still being Goodies in CT.

And look! I spent the evening roughly planning a route through the end of 2017. Dreamy.

Day one of our newest roadtrip.

Albuquerque -> Coeur d'Alene via Denver, Salt Lake City and Boise. Any recommendations for sights along the way? CO, UT or ID. (And next on the agenda is WA, OR, MT so tell me those too if you have em. Swoon.)

Together at last.

@mojangs, my coworker/friend/fellow digital nomad and I crossed paths on our journeys this week. We had dinner, drinks, collaborative working sessions and fun adventures together. But before we parted ways I invited her and her husband Josh to the Airstream for morning coffee and to meet the pups. Look how adorable looks parked next door!

Another day, another #roadtrip. Unexpectedly back to southern NM but before we know it we'll be heading north and west. adventures begin in less than 1 month. Until then we'll be spending ample time with our friends & family & coworkers.
